What will you do?
You will handle the recruitment process from A to Z (360°), especially for logistics positions such as order pickers and reach truck drivers. You interact daily with Job Consultants and colleagues from Back Office, HR and Planning. You smoothly guide candidates through the entire process, including administrative onboarding.
Specifically, you will:
- Recruit, screen, interview and introduce candidates.
- Managing the entire process through to placement;
- Conducting (video) interviews with candidates at home and abroad;
- Advising hiring managers and contributing ideas on the best approach;
- Managing multiple vacancies at once and prioritising smartly in them;
- Working with external recruitment partners as well as internal departments;
- Tracking trends in recruitment and constantly improving your approach.
What do you bring?
You are communicatively strong, switch easily with different people and like pace. You enjoy working independently but also actively seek cooperation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in recruitment or logistics (administrative experience is also welcome);
- Handy with recruitment channels and tools (social media, job boards, networking);
- Has college-level thinking (HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or similar is a plus);
- Good English speaking and writing skills (minimum B2);
- Speaks an additional language besides English? Then you have a clear advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Hungarian, etc.);
- Maintain an overview in a dynamic environment and handle multiple processes simultaneously.
Important: we do not offer housing. Therefore, you prefer to live within about 50 km from Zaltbommel.
