International Recruiter

What will you do?

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full 360° recruitment process for logistics positions such as order pickers and reach truck drivers. You work closely with Job Consultants and departments such as Back Office, HR and Planning. You will also support candidates in administrative matters to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Your main tasks

  • Full recruitment process (360°): sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising and placing candidates;
  • Conducting video calls with candidates;
  • Keeping abreast of trends and best practices within recruitment;
  • Act as a sparring partner for hiring managers;
  • Be able to prioritise tasks well;
  • Working independently and collaborating intensively with the team;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners and working closely with internal departments

What do you bring?

  • We strongly prefer experience in recruitment or logistics; experience in administration is also welcome; 
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (such as social media, job boards and networking) is a plus; 
  • Preferably a college degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or similar; 
  • Good command of English (at least B2 level); 
  • A second foreign language besides English is a big plus (e.g. Dutch, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish); 
  • Strong communication and social skills; 
  • You can switch well in a dynamic environment and multiple manage recruitment processes simultaneously. 

Note: vear this position, we do not offer accommodation. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who live within about 50 km from Zaltbommel.
