What will you do?

As an HR Officer, you will have a versatile role in which you make a real impact. Your main duties:

  • Support the digitisation of HR processes and systems to make the department more efficient and future-oriented.
  • Processing mutations (inflow, outflow, leave and absence) in our HR system.
  • Managing and updating personnel files.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with HR questions on contracts, collective agreements and personnel regulations.
  • Prepare weekly reports and monitor compliance with working conditions.
  • Contribute to HR projects and optimise processes within the department.

What do you bring?

  • HBO working and thinking level and preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You bring a fresh perspective and are not afraid to take on challenges, such as digitising and improving HR processes.
  • A proactive and enterprising attitude with which you suggest improvements and seize opportunities.
  • Ability to produce reports as well as give clear presentations to new employees.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, orally and in writing.
  • A talent for organising and prioritising, ensuring you always keep an overview.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change, tenacity to achieve goals and stress-resistance to keep performing effectively under pressure.
