Recruitment marketer

Do you want to build campaigns that not only generate clicks, but can actually change someone's life? At Angrisa Group, we are looking for a Recruitment Marketer: a marketer at heart, with recruitment as your field of play. You ensure that international candidates find us, understand us and above all: take action. The focus is on operational positions on the shop floor, complemented by campaigns for office positions. You are the marketer behind our inflow In this role, you own the recruitment marketing machine: audience insights - content - campaigns - conversion. You test, optimise and scale what works. Recruiters hook you up smartly for input and feedback, but you determine the route together with the marketing team. You will become part of our marketing team and help build our employer brand and a recruitment marketing approach that is becoming ever sharper.

What will you do?

  • You make sure we structurally get good applicants in through smart recruitment marketing.
  • You will run campaigns on Google Search, Meta, email and optimise continuously (test, adjust, stop what is not working).
  • You make target groups concrete with personas and choose the right targeting + message per vacancy/location.
  • You build the funnel: ad → landing page → apply (clear, short, persuasive).
  • You will create/coordinate content for socials and website.
  • You drive quality and results: not just clicks, but suitable candidates and successful applications.
  • You improve the candidate journey together with recruitment
  • You test new tools/ideas and scale up what works.
  • You will support the daily work in the marketing department (events, internal communication, reviews)

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in (recruitment) marketing, labour market communication or online marketing (experience at a temporary employment agency is a plus)
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (hands-on: setting up, optimising, reporting yourself)
  • You work independently but actively seek collaboration to get better faster
  • Proactive: you see opportunities, seize them and bring structure to a role you help shape
  • You speak and write strongly in Dutch and manage well in English
  • You work in a data-driven and structured way (without losing your creativity)
  • You can manage budgets responsibly
  • Affinity with international target groups (migrant workers) is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe is a plus

Marketing department

You will work in a marketing team of four, liaising closely with the recruitment department.
