Content marketer

What will you do?

This role is all about one thing: making Angrisa's story visible in a way that understands, touches and convinces people. As a Content Marketer, you will ensure that our mission, culture and daily practices come to life in strong content. 

You translate what happens within the organisation into stories that show what we stand for. From working in the Netherlands to housing, guidance and development. In doing so, you build trust among candidates, employees and partners. 

You will also play an important role in strengthening our employer branding. With the right content, you help attract talent, show what we stand for and why people enjoy working at our organisations. 

As Angrisa consists of multiple labels, you will work on content for different companies within the group. As a result, you will work on diverse stories and projects, while always serving the same target audience: international employees and our clients. 

You see opportunities for new stories, formats and campaigns and take the initiative to actually realise them. From idea to publication.

You are going to put this down 

  • You will develop and write content for social media, websites and campaigns. 
  • You will create stories around working and living at Angrisa that connect with international employees and candidates. 
  • You will actively contribute to our employer branding by developing content that shows who we are as an employer. 
  • You will translate our mission, projects and activities within different labels into understandable and attractive content. 
  • You guard the tone of voice and ensure recognisability in all communications. 
  • You optimise content for findability through SEO and GEO. 
  • You will collaborate with recruitment and marketing to create content that helps with candidate intake. 
  • You spot opportunities for new formats, series or campaigns and bring them to life. 

What do you bring?

  • 2-3 years' experience in content marketing, communications or online marketing. 
  • Your writing is strong and you know how to make complex topics clear and appealing. 
  • You have a sense of storytelling and understand how to touch people with content. 
  • You have experience with SEO and know how to optimise content for online findability. 
  • You work in a structured way and take ownership of your projects. 
  • You communicate strongly in Dutch and manage well in English. 
  • You are curious, ask questions and know how to get stories out of people and organisations. 
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar content tools is a plus.
