Senior recruiter

What will you do?

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, focusing on logistics positions such as order pickers and reach truck drivers. You work closely with Job Consultants, Back Office, HR and Planning. In addition, you guide candidates in their onboarding and administrative processing.

  • You will be responsible for the entire 360° recruitment process: from recruitment and selection to placement;
  • You conduct online introductory interviews with candidates;
  • You follow developments in the labour market and translate them into opportunities;
  • You support management with recruitment data and analytics;
  • You advise hiring managers and monitor progress and quality of procedures;
  • You coordinate multiple recruitments simultaneously and keep an overview under pressure;
  • You work independently but are also a real team player;
  • You will build lasting relationships with external recruitment partners and internal departments;
  • You actively contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing.

What do you bring?

  • You have at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry;
  • You are proficient with recruitment tools, social media and job boards;
  • You have a college level of work and thinking, preferably towards HR, psychology or business administration;
  • You are fluent in English (at least B2 level);
  • Proficiency in Slovak, Czech or Hungarian is an advantage;
  • You are communicatively strong, switch smoothly between different interlocutors and maintain an overview;
  • You feel at home in an environment where no day is the same and enjoy taking responsibility.
